Our chocolates are hand made in a facility that we designed in one section of our original farm house. This house dates back to the early 1900's. We renovated the original kitchen to house our workshop. To me it is more of a workshop than a kitchen. It has the traditional elements of a kitchen, but by working exclusively with chocolate in this facility, we are considering chocolate as much of an art as it is a 'food'. We have set up this space to be efficient and lend itself solely to the creation of fine chocolates. It is an art studio and a kitchen to us!

This kitchen/workshop adheres to the guidelines of clean and safe practices and is inspected and certified by the NC Department of Agriculture.

Our molded chocolates change seasonally. We are greatly influenced in chocolate design by the seasons...one of the reasons we love Boone. The climate here has defined seasons --each with unique qualities.

We offer special order pick-up service from our workshop.We encourage you to call us for special orders of your favorites. We'd be happy to meet with you to discuss your wedding party or any other special occasion.

Our workshop/pick-up center is not far from downtown Boone. We are available most Saturdays....just give us a call. We encourage you to make an appointment and visit the workshop. We can help you decide on your personal or guest selections!

Take Hwy 421 like you are heading back down the mountain to Wilkesboro. At the New Market Center in Boone (Lowes Food, Big Lots, Hardees), turn left onto Highway 194. Go 1.6 miles and turn left onto Howards Creek Road. Cross the bridge and around two curves and then turn right onto Howards Creek Church Road. Always keeping on the main road, follow this until it opens up into a small farm. You'll see a big red barn. Our workshop is in the far end of the white house on the right past the barn. You'll see signs.

We usually have chocolates in stock for quick gifts or chocolate emergencies, but we do encourage you to purchase your favorites made to order. You'll get the freshest quality and we'll know we're making someone happy!

Truffle flavors and shapes will vary with the season. We can work with you to customize any truffle or chocolate.

Truffles are $2.00 each for the large 1oz. size. Smaller bon-bons are $1.00 to $1.50 each.
Solids vary from $1.00 to $8.00 each depending on size and complexity of decoration. Larger quantity discounts available. We accept cash and checks for payment.
