Thank you for visiting this website. I have been working with chocolate since I was a child for fun --and professionally for 3 years. My workshop is approved by the NC Department of Agriculture. All my chocolates, truffles and solids, are made by hand from high cacao content couverture chocolate. I hand temper and use no additives for stabalization.
